Return Policy for Casablanca Company (USA Only)
Return Conditions:
- Money Back Returns: Items must be unopened, undamaged, and returned within 10-15 days.
- Exchanges: Opened items can be exchanged for store credit if returned within 10-15 days.
Return Eligibility: We have a 10-15 day return policy, which means you have 10-15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can address the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please reach out if you have questions about your specific item.
Exchanges: To ensure you get the item you want, please return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
